Channel 4′s hospital documentary continues tonight with a powerful instalment about the challenges of motherhood and the responsibility of raising sons.

Finally, 28 year old Wayne has come to King’s after being stabbed twice in the leg after trying to stop someone stealing his girlfriend’s mobile phone. His mum Joan has come to the hospital with and she reflects on how Wayne has turned his life around and is no longer the wayward youth he once was.
